REPORT TO STOCKHOLDERS

Your association is alive, well and still growing, but many are still unaware of us -- please recruit or present a gift membership to a colleague. You can’t beat $9 for lifetime membership!

The membership database continues to grow with new members and e-mail address additions.  The Roster for April 2000 has 92 pages, up 12 from last year; 23 % of members have reported e-mail addresses.

AWA annual awards totaling $500 were again provided to the Air Force Weather Outstanding Airman, NCO, Senior NCO, Civilian, and Company Grade Officer of the Year (see page 7).

Our Treasurer, Cliff Kern, enthusiastically appreciates tax-deductible donations to your not-for-profit, tax-exempt association especially since we have a difficult time getting paid advertisements lately.  Donations help defray the costs of annual awards and printing/mailing of correspondence, applications, newsletters and rosters. Your Association Directors serve in a volunteer capacity and invite nominations of members to be elected to fill at least two positions in 2001 to help plan the 2002 reunion.
